As a qualitative research, the research will gather personal perspectives and opinions about Latinas portrayal in media through the interviews of Latinas, both U.S.-born and foreign-born, from a variety of backgrounds.
Relevant data and studies on the topic, along with existing literature related to gender, race and culture -specially focusing on Hispanics- will be analyzed in order to frame the research.
